$30 handling fee for cheque payments.
Free delivery for orders above $500 (excluding GST), otherwise add $35 per location.
Surcharge $10 for locations within CBD and restricted zone, or for any request to deliver at a specific time.
For delivery, please order by 4 PM, and at least 1 business day in advance.
If delivery slots are full for the next day already, we will arrange on the next available date.
If you'd like to self-collect an order, please order at least 1 business day in advance.
We are unable to accept walk-in customers.
To view a sample or collect an order, please make an appointment in advance.

All sales are final.
Please inspect the goods upon delivery or collection.
No exchange, refund or amendment of order after collection or delivery.

Customer is liable for the fitness for a particular purpose of the goods under normal and foreseeable use conditions and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Customer shall check the compliance of the goods to its needs and, in particular, its intended use.
Customer is to ensure that the goods are compatible with their contemplated use and of the chemical compatibility of the goods with the contemplated content by proceeding with all required tests in particular in coordination and with the authorization of any competent authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that the packaging is properly cleaned before filling.
